On December 21, 2012, Hank and Kate decided to go to the mall to pick their presents up for Kate's parents, while Hank is in the middle of shopping, a sudden explosion causes the mall to collapse. When he woke up, he met some survivors. He asked some help from them to find his wife Kate. After they found Kate, they encountered alien creatures from another planet. Each earthlings died except for Hank and Kate. A mysterious alien told them that they will be the new leaders of the new world.
